Handmade Patches

These handmade freemotion patches are very much inspired by retro tattoo flash and old school biker/trucker designs from the 70s and 80s. 

While the majority of modern embroidery is mass produced using computerised machines, these patches have been produced one piece at a time, stitched completely by hand and eye, using a domestic Bernina 1008 sewing machine - no computers involved! This makes every patch special and unique in it’s own way, as no two will ever be truly the same.
