Do you take custom orders/commissions?

Yes. Please see the 'Custom' page for full details.

When will you get [insert item name here] back in stock?

A lot of my items are one-offs or vintage finds, however, if you are enquiring about an item I regularly make (ie. the Cats Not Kids patch) the best way to stay in the loop is to follow @radpatchco on Instagram.

Why didn't I get a shipping notification?

My shop is provided by BigCartel and unfortunately, they do not send out automatic shipping emails. I try my best to notify all customers manually but at particularly busy times it's possible that I may miss one or two. All shipping info/tracking numbers relating to your order is available upon request though - just email me.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within one week of purchase. Orders that are dispatched via standard shipping are estimated to take 1-3 working days to be delivered within the UK, and 5-20 working days for international destinations. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery dates, so please keep this in mind when ordering.

Can I track my order?

Tracking is not available for orders sent via standard shipping. I also cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged orders sent using standard shipping. If you wish to be able to track your order and/or protect your purchase, a shipping upgrade is available in my shop - just add it to your cart.

Are your patches iron on?

Sorry, my patches are sew on only.

Some advice: if you happen to have an iron on patch that you wish to use, I highly recommend that you sew it on instead anyway. It's more secure and there's less risk of damaging the garment. Glue + heat can get messy and you could actually burn your patch if you're not careful!

Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns, but please contact me if there's a problem with your order.

Do you offer wholesale?

I am not able to accept wholesale orders at this time.

I am a promoter/influencer, will you collaborate with me?

Sorry, I don't do this. Embroidery is a very time consuming process and it's also my only income source. If you wish to support my work, you may repost my creations (with credit), join my patreon or place an order.
